Find the gaps
Every 15 minutes — and whenever you click Check now — we compare your paid, unfulfilled Shopify orders with Click & Drop. Default look-back is 3 days; you can change it.
For UK Shopify merchants · Litew8 Ltd
Catch the Click & Drop orders that never arrived — before the courier does.
Royal Mail’s official Shopify integration silently skips orders. You only find out when the van is already there. Click Drop Guard checks every paid, unfulfilled order against Click & Drop, alerts you, and lets you push the missing ones in one click.
Send what’s missing
One click, or bulk, creates the order in Click & Drop using your Shopify order number as the order reference so you never duplicate a shipment.
Get told once
Email the shop owner, or any address you set. The same missing order is never alerted twice.
