Click Drop Guard is operated by Litew8 Ltd (“we”). This draft is for App Store submission — replace the contact address before you publish.

What we collect

• Shopify shop domain and offline access token (to read paid, unfulfilled orders).
• Your Royal Mail Click & Drop API key, stored encrypted per shop.
• Order IDs and order names needed to detect and create missing Click & Drop orders.
• The alert email address you enter in Settings.

We do not store customer addresses after an order has been sent. Shipping details are read from Shopify at send time and forwarded to Click & Drop.

Why we collect it

To compare Shopify orders with Click & Drop, create missing orders, bill through Shopify, and email you when gaps appear.

Sharing

Order data is sent to Royal Mail Click & Drop when you (or the scheduled check, for alerts only) use the app. We do not sell data. Shopify receives billing records through the Billing API.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling the app, or a shop/redact webhook, deletes sessions, encrypted keys, missing-order records, and alert history for that shop. Customer redact webhooks remove rows tied to the listed order IDs.
